Shipping policy

Shipping & Fulfillment
 Please allow 2-3 business weeks for domestic shipping & fulfillment. We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. ALEGACY MNDSET  and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.

Processing
Orders placed Monday-Friday after 5PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 5PM EST on Fridays, or during the weekend, will be processed the next business day.
*For any national weather delays, please allow 1 additional business day for processing.

Shipping Status:
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that time frame.Order changes:Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and per-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

• We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.
• We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card OR the address confirmed on your PayPal account. After your order is fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped via FedEx Express. All domestic and international packages will require signature confirmation. Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Multiple items ordered under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. International buyers will be responsible for any import fees and/or taxes.
